These terms cover your use of Bloom 75, the website and the web app at this address. Bloom 75 is run by FR Tech Solutions ("we"). By using Bloom 75 you agree to these terms.

What Bloom 75 is

Bloom 75 is a habit tracker for a 75-day challenge. You choose small daily habits, tick them off, and keep an optional private photo journal. It runs in your phone's browser and stores your data on your device.

Not medical advice

Bloom 75 does not give medical, diet, fitness or mental-health advice. Talk to a qualified professional before changing your diet or exercise, and stop any habit that doesn't feel right for your body.

Free days and payment

The first 3 days are free and need no payment details. To keep using the app after that, you can buy a one-time license for $14.99 USD. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Our order process is handled by our online reseller Creem (creem.io), which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Creem processes the payment, handles sales tax, and sends your receipt and access code by email.

Your license

Your access code is for your personal use. Please don't share, resell or publish it. We may deactivate codes that are clearly being shared publicly.

Your data

Your habits, notes and photos stay on your device. If you clear your browser data or lose your phone, we can't recover them, so use the backup option in Settings. See our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep Bloom 75 running, but it's provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
